i am tired. of studying. or trying to anyway.

i dislike sewing

Gah. I hate sewing. No I dont't HATE it, cos its kinda cool, but its so boring! And tiring! Thats why it took me forever to get down to sewing my ribbons and elastics onto my pointe shoes. I always do it myself, until I realised that I can just get my  maid to do it, and she does a good job of it too! Sigh I've been doing it myself for no reason. Grr. But embroidery looks cool. Hmm I should try that. But I still prefer beading haha

mooncake love

I realise that mooncakes come with a secretary and an office. Without that, it's harder to come by mooncakes unless you are really important or something. Like my grandfather who used to be Minister of State for Education. He gets boxes and boxes of mooncakes every year. My father used to get mooncakes too, so I grew up loving them, especially the yolk. I LOVE the yolk. The should make triple-yolk mooncakes. I mean SERIOUSLY. Then he changed jobs, to IBM where he didn't have a secretary OR an office. Before that he was CIO of A*STAR and had both an office and TWO secretaries. And consequentially, lots of mooncakes. Now he's changed jobs again, and has that office, secretary (I love calling his office and asking the secretary for him its so fun!) and mooncakes.

I don't know if this post makes much sense, it seems to have a lot of the words mooncake, office, and secretary. Oh well(:

i am happy

heehee my dad just got the ipad 2! Haha I didn't even know he bought it until it arrived today! Looks like I shall have some fun playing on it! Its so sleek and cool! The worst thing about new electronics is when they first arrive and you want to try them out or play with them, you realise you can't cos they have to charge for 24 hours. ):

The security camera is glaring at me. I just stuck my tongue out at it. It continues glaring and blinking. Blinkin' idiot. hahahaha it goes so well! Its so creepy. I'm going to turn it away now. There. My father doesn't even check it, cos once it was unplugged for about two weeks (I know cos it wasn't blinking) and he didn't realise. He only noticed when he came to get something and realised the light wasn't blinking and it was unplugged. I conveniently did not go and check to see if there was a problem, and just left it ;).

We went to IMM today for fun cos I was going mad cooped up at home with nothing to do but study and go online. The computer gets boring after a while... And studying... well it would drive anyone crazy!. (I realised I put a full stop behind that exclamation mark. Enough said.)

i have started a blog

I have never kept a blog or a diary, cos I never keep it regular. but I'm going to start!

Guess what! Both my outings this week have been cancelled! Today I was supposed to go out with Amanda, Jamie and Shuying, but both Jamie and Shuying can't make it, so Amanda called it off. And the barbecue tmr has also been cancelled cos Sherman is still recovering. I wonder what actually happened. Rebecca just said she thinks his lung collapsed or something. Hmm. Haha at least the wedding on saturday cannot be cancelled!

I tried to do a french manicure just now with pink and yellow tips, but it failed. Mostly cos the polish was too thick. Anyway it takes FOREVER. I mean, like, there's the base coat, then pink, then yellow, the two coats over. And in between there's all the drying! Meh.

Tetris Battle is the funnest game on earth! Okay maybe not, but its seriously addicting. Like SERIOUSLY. It's so fun. wheeeeeeeeeee

Maybe I should go for book buying on friday, since my week has suddenly become quite empty. I'll have to ask, but I don't know if she'll agree. Sigh.

Gah I have to wake up at like 8 to be ready by 8.30 to leave for the wedding with Rebecca and Keren and Verlyn. I don't know if Amanda will come, she said it'll be a really long journey for her. She mentioned giving wither a photo frame or album as a wedding present. I haven't thought of that yet! I should bake the last batch of cookies on friday so I'll give some as a wedding present and I'll have fresh cookies for Stacey. Not for Sie Lin though. I don't really like her, but I don't know why I have this irrational grudge against her. I actually don't have a reason to dislike her, but her attitude gets under my skin..Meh): Anyway I gave her the nicer flower (or what looked nicer) as a brooch on the teachers' day t-shirt. They hung up all the t-shirts we decorated on sunday and ours looked so plain! Oh well. At least the brooches made them look kinda cooler.

Heehee I am eatung mooncakes now! Now that my dad is working as an important-ish person again, he's been getting nice mooncakes:D

haha that's all I can come up with now. Yes I know I am boring. But this is my first post! Shush.
